This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in connection with:

  • contact via website forms and email correspondence,
  • providing our services (booking and performing tattoo services),
  • technical operation of the website (server logs),
  • marketing activities based on cookies/pixels (Meta, TikTok) — only after cookie consent.

  • first name (and optionally last name, if provided),
  • email address,
  • message content and any information you share voluntarily,
  • any attachments you send (if applicable).

B) Technical data (collected automatically)

  • IP address, device/browser identifiers, server logs,
  • website events (e.g., page views/actions) if you consent to analytics/marketing technologies (pixels).

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes:

Responding to enquiries and communication (handling your form/email message).

Providing the service (arrangements, scheduling, performing the tattoo service).

We do not run a newsletter and we do not send marketing offers by email. Email communication is limited to matters necessary to handle your enquiry and provide the service.

If in the future we decide to use email addresses to build advertising audiences (e.g., Custom Audiences), we will do this only with a separate, optional consent checkbox (not pre-ticked), clearly separated from the service contact purpose.

We may share data only with service providers that support the Controller, such as:

  • Website hosting: Hostinger (Hostinger International Limited),
  • email/communication service providers — only to the extent necessary to communicate,
  • (if applicable) accounting/invoicing providers — for settlement and compliance,

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent purposes.

When using global technology/advertising providers, personal data may be transferred outside the EEA. Where applicable, we rely on GDPR-compliant transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and/or other required safeguards).
